Wide experience in conducting professional orchestras since 1997. Always focused on servant-leadership, a new approach for rehearsing and leading orchestras for enhancing and developing the best in musicians and their performing.  For me the person behind the instrument is the most important in making music, always trying to give more responsibility to the performer to make decisions and be involved in the music itself. I am convinced that high demanding music requires a high demanding commitment and the conductor is a leader, a guide for the musician to find his own patch in music performance.
